Paul currently manages the new Orlando office for the firm. He earned his degree in English from McDaniel College. Paul received his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Baltimore, School of Law.

With over 30 years of experience, Paul has extensive knowledge in the areas of residential real estate, commercial real estate, land use and development, and environmental matters. Paul previously has been a partner at Greenberg Traurig, General Counsel at Heathrow Land Company, a Naval Judge Advocate, and a Special Assistant United States Attorney.
