Miguel Barboza
Miguel Barboza serves as the Managing Attorney of the Spanish Division at McMichael & Gray, P.C., where he focuses on residential real estate transactions throughout Georgia. With nearly a decade of experience, Miguel has successfully guided thousands of clients through the closing process, including title review, contract execution, refinancing, and final disbursement. He is known for his legal precision, responsive service, and commitment to creating a seamless, efficient experience for buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents alike.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, Miguel leads McMichael & Gray’s efforts to expand legal access and trusted representation for Georgia’s Spanish-speaking communities. He brings cultural fluency, compassion, and clear communication to every transaction, ensuring clients feel empowered and informed throughout the process. Miguel is especially dedicated to supporting communities that have historically faced barriers to homeownership, helping them build wealth, stability, and long-term prosperity through real estate.
Miguel earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Family Financial Planning from the University of Georgia. During law school, he served as Professional Development Director for the Hispanic Law Student Association, deepening his commitment to advocacy, mentorship, and public service. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
Admissions & Memberships: Outside of the office, Miguel enjoys reading Stephen King novels, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his family.
