Meredith Atwood is originally from Savannah, Georgia, and received her JD from University of Georgia, where she served on the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts in English, also from the University of Georgia.

Prior to starting with the Firm, Meredith worked for several Atlanta-area firms specializing in real estate, litigation and compliance. She has extensive experience in client and customer service and project management, as well as leadership. She has represented clients in complex real estate and title matters, civil litigation, business disputes, family law, and probate. She has successfully argued before the Georgia Court of Appeals.

Meredith lives with her family in Roswell. She is also the author of three traditionally-published books, including Hope Fights Back, co-written with her friend, Andrea Lytle Peet—who is fighting a battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). She is also four-time Ironman triathlete, but now prefers to hit the weight room instead.
