Maria Riggs - Director of Client Relations & Marketing

Maria graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she majored in Business Administration, with a concentration in Consulting. Maria joined McMichael & Gray, P.C in 2014. Prior to joining the team, she worked for one of the largest real estate law firms in the Southeast in their Marketing division locally and nationally on the REO side.

Since Maria joined McMichael & Gray, P.C., they have expanded to over 14 offices in GA, 1 in FL, 1 in AL and 1 in NC. Her experience, hard work and dedication has helped McMichael & Gray win several awards including the Atlanta Business Chronicle Pacesetter Award for Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in Atlanta 2014-2020, Best of Gwinnett 2015-2020, and 2015 Affiliate of the Year for the Atlanta Realtor Association. Maria serves on the executive board of directors as Parliamentarian for the Sales and Marketing Council (part of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association), on the board of directors for the Atlanta Mortgage Bankers Association and serves on numerous committees for the Atlanta Realtor Association. She also volunteers her time with Homeaid Atlanta, a nonprofit organization that builds and renovates housing facilities for organizations serving homeless families and individuals.

Outside of the office, Maria enjoys spending time with her husband Joe and daughters Payton and Caroline, watching UGA Football and UNC Basketball.

Erika Bridges - Marketing Manager

Erika graduated from High Point University where she majored in Business Administration and Marketing, with a concentration in Pre-Law. Erika joined the McMichael & Gray Marketing Team in 2018. At High Point University, Erika was a Heptathlete on the Track & Field Team, an International Student Mentor, highly involved in the entrepreneurship community, and started a charitable business her junior year. Upon graduation, Erika began working in the Interior Design Industry, where she was the Director of Marketing for a company based in Atlanta, GA.

Erika currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, which is part of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Erika also currently serves as the Vice President of the Georgia Chapter of The National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America (NAMMBA) which is a national trade association dedicated to the enrichment and betterment of minorities and women who work in the mortgage industry. Additionally, Erika serves on the HomeAid Marketing Committee.

Erika enjoys visiting her family in Virginia, traveling, and spending time exploring with her friends and her dog Beau.

Bekah Thomas - Client Relations & Marketing Coordinator

Bekah graduated from Kennesaw State University where she majored in Media and Entertainment. Bekah joined the McMichael & Gray Marketing Team in 2023. During her time at Kennesaw State University, Bekah held multiple positions within the Delta Phi Epsilon sorority and played club volleyball for the school. After graduation, Bekah worked in the healthcare industry as a travel nurse recruiter for a company in Alpharetta, Ga. This led her to build meaningful relationships, understand unique skillsets, and ensure the perfect fit for both candidates and healthcare organizations.

Outside of work, Bekah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, drawing, painting, shopping, and going to the gym.

Emily Raymond - Client Relations Manager

Emily Raymond graduated from Georgia Southern University where she majored in International Studies and minored in Spanish. Emily joined the McMichael & Gray, P.C. team in 2022. She joins the team after more than five years of experience in event and meeting planning for the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Emily is looking forward to continuing her relationship with the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and those connections she built over the years to help strengthen the Atlanta homebuilding industry.

Outside of the office, Emily enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, seeing her favorite bands perform live and trying new restaurants.
