Stephanie Hennigan is an attorney at the Woodstock office of McMichael & Gray, P.C. Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie graduated fromMercer UniversitySumma Cum Laude with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology and Communications, a minor Criminal Justice, and completed theUniversity Honors Program.Stephanie then went on to attend Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 2014 as a Woodruff Scholarship Recipient, the law school’s most prestigious scholarship award to only four students in each incoming class. Upon graduation, Stephanie was selected to clerk for three superior court judges, covering a six county circuit in South Georgia. As attorney in chambers, Stephanie observed and participated in a wide variety of civil and criminal matters. She then transitioned into prosecution where she served as an Assistant District Attorney representing the state at juvenile, state and superior court levels. After working in criminal law, Stephanie sought an opportunity to use her legal expertise in a new avenue and she joined McMichael and Gray as the primary attorney for the firm’s Woodstock location. Stephanie’s practice focuses in the area of real estate- acquisition, construction, residential, and commercial.
Stephanie is an active member of Woodstock City Church, Main Street Woodstock, and Young Professionals of Woodstock. She has completed Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution training to be certified as Civil Dispute Mediator. Stephanie is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia and has been admitted to practice at the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Georgia Court of Appeals.
